By registering for and using SpotterAlert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and will notify registered users by email of any material changes.
Description of Service
SpotterAlert is a flight tracking notification tool designed for aviation enthusiasts and spotters. We monitor ADS-B data to track special liveries, rare aircraft, and unusual movements at UK airports, delivering real-time alerts to users via Telegram. We offer a freemium model, providing basic alert features for free, alongside paid premium tiers that offer advanced tracking capabilities and customised controls.
Accounts and Subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to register. If you choose to upgrade to a paid premium tier, you agree to pay the fees associated with that subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, and you may cancel your premium tier at any time through your account settings.
Service Availability and Disclaimers
SpotterAlert relies on third-party ADS-B data and the Telegram messaging network to function. While we strive for speed and precision, we cannot guarantee that the service will be entirely free from delays, errors, or interruptions. Flight paths, runway assignments, and aircraft data can change rapidly. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SpotterAlert is not liable for missed photographic opportunities or travel expenses incurred based on our notifications.
User Conduct and Termination
You agree to use SpotterAlert for personal, non-commercial aviation tracking purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer our tracking engine, abuse the Telegram bot, or resell our alert data. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
